Our service division has a 600-person-strong maintenance team with a presence in all local areas from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu and Okinawa in the south to ensure that delivered equipment and systems stay in optimum running condition. We perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of freezer, refrigeration and environmental test equipment as well as air conditioning equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and failures. Deep engineering expertise accumulated in a broad range of fields enable us to cover the complete spectrum of customer requirements from maintaining performance and handling recovery operations to assuring optimum control and surveillance systems and improving energy saving features. For example, we can handle all installation, test run and maintenance tasks of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries line of large heat source equipment. Our technical expertise and experience is used to propose equipment upgrades as well as to reduce CO₂ emissions of customer equipment and contributing to improved cost performance.

Since refrigeration systems are in operation 24 hours a day all the year round, any problems that occur must be solved at short notice to ensure quick recovery. Toyo Engineering Works has built a solid support organization incorporating a dispatch support system that can quickly send service engineers to provide high-quality service throughout Japan. Equipment specifications, components, maintenance history, maintenance contract details, required parts, measuring instruments, check items for each customer are kept in a database to enable centralized management of all information required for repair and recovery. The close cooperation of our staff in the part, transportation and service departments makes possible quick recovery.
